As a fourteen-year veteran and administrator of an amazing homeschool co-op, I can tell you that this little 30-page book has everything you will need to start and duplicate our experience. From getting started to scheduling, organizing, and finances, the author, Karen Lange, covers all the basic questions. Plus she paints a picture of a typical day, gives sample projects and games and provides a resource list. And just in case you might wonder if all the work is worth it, she encourages you with a few success stories of her co-op students. If you’re a parent who wants to offer your children learning experiences that are hard to do at home (i.e. science labs, choir, speech contests, etc.), then find some like-minded friends and start your own homeschool co-op.
